The Petite Advantage Diet | Day 20

Hello savages!

Day 20 of the Petite Advantage Diet.

As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day and repeat. 

I started the diet on January 2nd. I went from 169.6 to 162.6 I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks which is not bad at all. I also had a breast augmentation done on Monday so my weight will be a little different due to swelling and surgery. I weighed myself today and I was at 165 lbs. I don’t think it’s accurate because my body is still trying to recover from this surgery. I will keep you guys updated on this!

Also today is the 2nd to last day! AHHH!

I wasn’t really hungry today for some reason. I had my 1,600 calorie day today but I have almost 500 calories left. WOMP!

Day 17-19 of the Petite Advantage Diet.

As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day and repeat. 

I started the diet on January 2nd. I went from 169.6 to 162.6 I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks which is not bad at all. A lot of my food has been take out because I am not able to cook just yet. It looks like I really need to bump up my protein because that is what I am lacking. Also I got my days confused since I’ve been out of work for a few days so I just decided to combine Friday through Sunday.

Hey guys! Although I have not been able to exercise I am still trying to maintain my diet. I am going a little over the fat and I need to work on that and I will. Check out the food I ate today and the calories. I did go over a little bit but that’s okay! Most of the meals that you see where brought by my family so I tried my best to eat as little as I needed to fit my macros.

I have been a little groggy due to being on medication. My appetite has been sub par. Also had a lot of fat today for some reason it may also be off because I just went based off what I think it may be since I did eat out twice today. I did not get any food that I could actually scan.

Today was an off day for me. I ate more than 1,100 calories but I don’t know, I just was not that hungry today. I felt groggy and fatigued. All in all I believe I did okay.

I did so much better with fat today! YAS! Went overboard with protein but I have been lacking it so that works. Now I had a small breakfast which totally messed me up because I was starving once it was dinner time. Having a huge breakfast really helps keep hunger at bay.

Make sure that your biggest meal is breakfast.

As you can see, I have been doing horribly with the fat AGAIN. Hello Fresh probably needs better options without so much fat haha. A lot of the fat comes from the Hello Fresh meals that tell you to add a lot of fat. For example when the recipe calls for olive oil or butter, I just use cooking spray. It may look like I am eating more fat than I am but it’s actually me just inputting the calories and ingredients from the actual recipe without subtracting the fat from olive oil and butter. It looks like more, but I am thinking there is about 5 – 10 grams less than it shows.

As you can see, I have been doing horribly with the fat on the weekends, but a lot of the fat comes from the hello fresh meals that tell you to add a lot of fat. For example when the recipe calls for olive oil or butter, I just use cooking spray.
