The Petite Advantage Diet | Day 3

Hello savages!

Today is day 3 of the petite advantage diet.

I am assuming this is water weight just because I have been drink like 4 – 24 oz drinks a day with tea. I like to drink green tea, but any tea without sugar will help.

I started this diet at 169.6 lbs and now am at 164!

Workout – chest and triceps

Bench press – 3 sets of 12 reps

Seated fly – 3 sets of 15 reps

Chest incline machine – 3 sets of 12 reps

Machine Triceps push down – 3 sets of 12 reps

Triceps kick backs – 3 sets of 12 reps

Push down – 3 sets of 12 reps

I found an amazing application thanks to a friend of mine called Jefit. It is on both android and iphone. If you are having problems looking for a work out routine that fits your needs well look no further! This app has different types of routines for what you are looking to target and what’s even better it tells you how to do the exercises!! It is a great application. You can download more routines at jefit.com/routines

If you are looking to tone, bulk or just simply lose weight this app breaks it down for how you want to do that.

You can also target specific muscles if that’s what you are trying to do. I love this app so much because I usually find myself looking for other body builder’s routines but this app aids well in that! Check out this app it is amazing!!

Welcome to my fitness blog!!

For you who do not know me, My name is Ruth. I am a student and work a part time job.  Working out is my passion and being healthy, I cannot live without these. I made this blog to show you my healthy journey and how I can help you with yours. I’ve been working out for a long time but never really saw any progress until I actually started eating right. It’s true when they say abs are made in the kitchen. You are never going to get the body you want if you’re feeding it junk. I felt very discouraged when I wasn’t getting where I wanted to be, I was stuck. It wasn’t until I actually told myself I need to change my eating habits that I started noticing a difference. Not only in my body but I had more energy, I didn’t feel as full when I ate or guilty afterwards. This is a lifestyle. This my passion now so I am never going back.
