Late Post and Flexible Dieting

Sorry I have been crazy busy with school and work but I’m back!!!

So I decided to give flexible dieting a go. I am currently cutting. 170g of carbs, 145g of protein and 55g of fat. Anyone out there currently doing flexible dieting and could lend me a helping hand¬† or their thoughts? I really want to compete but I’m not sure if I should get a coach. I feel like I motivate myself enough. It’s been about 3 weeks that I’ve been cutting and I’ve lost 3 pounds. Does that sound right? Should I cut more?? I really want to lower my body fat percentage and want to look more defined. Any suggestions or thoughts would help.ruth april 2014

Calf raises, feel the burn baby!!

Grab some weights and start with your toes pointed straight.
1. Do 3 sets of 15 calf raises.
2. Point your toes out 3 x 15
3. Lastly point your toes in do 3 x 15.

Turbo Fire

Today was one of those days where I really let myself sleep in. I am finally up, had my pre work out meal and I am going to try Turbo Fire for the first time. Turbo Fire is an intense cardio conditioning program. I will let you know how it goes for me. These types of programs are somewhat on the pricey side but if you need a work out buddy I have he program already so no need to go purchase it. If you are really serious about doing the whole program you can find it on amazon for less. Programs such as insanity, insanity the asylum and p90x I like to incorporate throughout my whole work out routine, I don’t follow the programs as they have set out but it works for me. I like to do everything so I add these programs here and there.
