Also, my birthday was March 21 and I turned the big 3 0! I am posting this video so late. Sorry ya’ll! I spent Thursday to Monday in Miami biiiitchhhhhh!!! Also I will be posting a blog about my trip to Miami, stay tuned!

Anyway, I recently started a “shredding” challenge for 8 weeks. We shall see how it goes. I have to work out 6x a week and have to do cardio 4x times which includes 2 low intensity sessions and 2 HIIT sessions! The first 2 weeks I did about 90% of the workouts. It is pretty intense and not for beginners.

Road to Fit | Week 1 (video)

Hello savages!

Welcome back to my fitness journey. I wasn’t able to work out due to surgery but now I’m back and on it!

I am starting off gradually since I have not been active for 6 weeks. I am starting with isolation exercises to limit delayed onset muscle soreness for about 4 weeks then moving on to compound exercises.

Remember when you start a new workout routine, your body needs to adjust and get used to this. If you go hard in the beginning, you will be more sore than if you started gradually.

I am working out 3 times a week for now. I have also added 200 calories to my diet since I don’t want to starve myself. Follow my on my road to fit!

Weight Loss Diaries | Week 5| Part 2 (Video)

Hello savages,

I had been on my weight loss journey since January and I have lost an overall of 12 lbs. The weight loss diaries was 5 weeks and I lost a total of 6 lbs. I lost about a pound a day which is moderate weight loss. I could have pushed for more aggressive but I chose to not to do that.

I ate 1,300 calories a day for 5 weeks and had a cheat meal about once a week. I also did a lot of walking since I could not work out.

I have finally been cleared to work out by my surgeon and will start working out next week. I have to adjust my macros because I am going to be working out 3x times a week for now.

The Petite Advantage Diet |Day 21 | Final Thoughts

Final Results: Went from 169.6 to 162.6. I lost 7 lbs total in 21 days. There are different variables that prevented me from losing any more weight. On the third week of the diet I had surgery so I could no work out. I also got swollen and bloated due to surgery and pain medication.

All in all I know I could’ve lost 10-15 lbs.

I have been craving In n Out forever and I finally decided to eat some today! It was was glorious, but dairy does mess up my stomach. I know the diet is over but I am going to continue to be consistent.

Since I cannot work out for another 5 weeks I am going to eat 500 calories less than it takes to maintain my same without any exercise. My TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is 1800 calories, so minues 500 I will be eating 1,300 calories a day and see how that goes! I will keep you all updated on the weight loss.

Day 16 of the Petite Advantage Diet.

As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day and repeat. 

I started the diet on January 2nd. I went from 169.6 to 163.6. I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks which is not bad at all. I also had a breast augmentation done on Monday so my weight will be a little different due to swelling and surgery. I weighed myself today and I was at 165 lbs. I don’t think it’s accurate because my body is still trying to recover from this surgery. I will keep you guys update on this!

Hey guys! Although I have not been able to exercise I am still trying to maintain my diet. I am going a little over the fat and I need to work on that and I will. Check out the food I ate today and the calories. I did go over a little bit but that’s okay! Most of the meals that you see where brought by my family so I tried my best to eat as little as I needed to fit my macros.

I have been a little groggy due to being on medication. My appetite has been sub par. Also had a lot of fat today for some reason it may also be off because I just went based off what I think it may be since I did eat out twice today. I did not get any food that I could actually scan.
