Sweet Sweat

sweet sweatsweeat sweat waist trimmer

Hey ya’ll,

I’ve had a few people asking what sweet sweat is. Basically it’s considered a “workout enhancer” that speeds up and enhances sweat and circulation during a workout. It is supposed improve circulation, increase perspiration and fight muscle fatigue.

You can apply sweet sweat on fatty areas such as your butt, hips, upper arms and lower back.

It has white snow petroleum, kosher Brazilian carnauba wax, acai, pomegranate, coconut oil, kosher jojoba, camelina, squalane oils, aloe vera extract, vitamin E, and fragrance. You should only use it when you’re working out and don’t apply it over other lotions or creams.

My experience: I only use when I do cardio and sometimes while I am doing weights. I only apply it to my stomach. I like to wear it with with the sweet sweat waist trimmer. I feel like it makes me sweat even more.It does what it’s supposed to do and makes me sweat a lot, also I have a lost a few inches of my waist. Let me know you’re experience.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Hello there!

I have had a few friends ask my why I take apple cider vinegar. I did my research and found that apple cider vinegar has a lot of benefits. One of the main reasons I started taking apple cider vinegar was because my digestion sucks and I read that this helps with digestion. At first I did not take it consistently but once I started I noticed I was able to go to the bathroom more than once a day. I also noticed that I did not get bloated after I ate meals with a lot of carbs, or in general.

This is my OWN experience and I know there are other amazing benefits to apple cider vinegar.

Not only did apple cider vinegar help me with my digestion, but the lower belly pooch that I have, to me, seemed like it was getting smaller. Everyone retains fat in different areas, my area is basically my hips, my butt, and my lower belly. I did notice it started getting smaller. This is my experience and it may be different for everyone else.

I also noticed that I stay fuller longer when I take apple cider vinegar but not bloated. It helps with appetite suppression. I am not someone who wants their appetite suppressed but it helps when I can’t get too food quick enough so I don’t feel as hungry. I don’t take apple cider vinegar to “lose weight” or “get skinny”, I take it as part of my healthy lifestyle. I have my occasional cheat meal, but at the end of the day taking apple cider vinegar will not help your lifestyle if you eat like crap or don’t take care of yourself. I usually do 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 oz of water or more.

These are a few reasons why I take apple cider vinegar. What’s yours?

Also, if you decided to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet make sure it comes with the mother, raw and unfiltered. apple cider

So I was eating 1,200 calories a day 2 weeks ago and I have shifted my calorie intake to 1,500 a day and it’s made a huge difference I basically upped my calories 300. I have more energy, I am less fatigued, less stressed and I already lost 3 lbs, of course it may be water weight but it’s something.

This past week I did have a cheat meal Saturday and Sunday. I ate about 2,600 calories a day those 2 days. I did not gain any weight.

I was stuck at 160lbs for a while! Now I am at 157. The past week I worked out about 3 days. I am going to try and work out 5 days this week but we’ll see. Now that I have more energy I may be able to do all 5 days. I’ll keep y’all posted.

IMG_1318Below are some of the supplements I take and will start using. These supplements are just that, supplements, they are not meant to help you lose weight faster, or get skinny etc. Having a good diet and exercising regularly go hand in hand. I will post a detailed description of each product and how it’s supposed to work. Stay tuned.

Hey y’all, so just like everyone else I struggle with my weight. I fluctuate back and forth. I used to weigh 140lbs and I felt fat, now that I weigh 160 lbs, I think wtf was I thinking?! I have this pooch and it just doesn’t want to go away! At 140lbs and at 160lbs. So here I am trying to get back on track because the older I get the harder it’s going to get for me to get to where I want to be. I don’t want to be skinny, I just want to look a certain way. I always start and stop, I never finish, between having a full time job and going back to school I am just drained after work. I hate waking up early in the morning too because I love my sleep. But I have to be ruthless and just get it done!

So I have been pretty consistent these past few weeks eating 1200 calories a week, having 0-1 cheat meals a week. I lost a couple pounds but I have hit a plateau and nothing is happening. Losing weight is so tricky! It is not easy! My body type retains so much fat if it feels like it’s not getting enough. So instead of losing weight, nothing is happening. I burn about 2000-2300 calories meaning if I’m only eating 1200 calories, I am only eating about 400 calories a day! Technically I am starving myself! This is unhealthy, but like any human you just want to get it done the fastest way. Well the fastest way isn’t always the best way. So what I’ve done is upped my calories to 1500 a day. I’ll see how that works out for a couple weeks. I am at 160lbs right now. Keep y’all posted.

High-intensity interval training not only burns more fat in less time than steady-state cardio, but it also preserves muscular size and improves performance as well.

Jan 1 to 19

Hello everyone, just wanted to show you what I’ve accomplished in 20 days!! So on the left was November 2015 and the right was January 19th. November through January I didn’t work out at all, I just didn’t really watch my diet and I exploded. In January I changed it around: I made my meals in advance, I did cardio 20 minutes a day for 4 days, and I lifted 4 days too. I haven’t done anything crazy, the only thing now is I’m actually eating nutrient dense food and not just any crap. So in 3 weeks I was able to lose 8 pounds and as you can see some body fat. I’m slowly getting to where I want to be. I’ll keep posting more progress pictures and let me know if you have any questions! Ruthlessphysique@gmail.com

Food for thought

The only people who can effectively (and naturally) build muscle and lose fat simultaneously are newbies who have a fair amount of fat to lose and people who used to be in great shape and are now getting back at it (“muscle memory” allows you to rapidly regain muscle you once had).
