I am still eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day and repeat. 

Look at my progress below! So I have gone from 169.6 to 164 lbs in 1 week. The pictures you see are 7 days apart. I lost 5 lbs in a week! Let me know how I can help you reach your fitness goals!
