Day 9 of the Petite Advantage Diet.
As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am still eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day.
Look at my progress below! So I have gone from 169.6 to 164 lbs in 1 week. The pictures you see are 7 days apart. I lost 5 lbs in a week! Let me know how I can help you reach your fitness goals!

Calories and meals
Today was an off day for me. I ate more than 1,100 calories but I don’t know, I just was not that hungry today. I felt groggy and fatigued. All in all I believe I did okay.
