The Petite Advantage Diet | Day 8

Hello savages!

Day 8 of the Petite Advantage Diet.

As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am still eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day.

Look at my progress below! So I have gone from 169.6 to 164 lbs in 1 week. The pictures you see are 7 days apart. I lost 5 lbs in a week! Let me know how I can help you reach your fitness goals!

Calories and meals


I did so much better with fat today! YAS! Went overboard with protein but I have been lacking it so that works. Now I had a small breakfast which totally messed me up because I was starving once it was dinner time. Having a huge breakfast really helps keep hunger at bay.

Make sure that your biggest meal is breakfast.
