Day 4 of the Petite Advantage Diet. Instead of posting the same day for the diet I will be posting it the following morning.
As you all know, I have been doing Jim Kara’s Petite Advantage Diet my way. I am still eating 1,100 calories for 2 days straight followed by a day of 1,600 calories day.
These pictures are 4 days apart! I know there is not a HUGE difference but WOW! I can’t imagine how I will look 25 days from now. Stay tuned!

Calories and meals
As you can see I am not doing the best with my fat intake and that is because I chose to eat a freaking bacon Gouda. But you know what, that’s okay. The issue here is that I chose to eat out. So I got a small sandwich with more fat than the other nutrients and hardly any nutritional value. You know what? That’s okay, no one is perfect and we are going to have our hiccups. The good thing about my calories intake though is I did not go over 1,100 calories so I am still at a deficit.
Workout – Hamstrings and shoulders
Single leg romanian deaflift – 4 sets on each leg; 12 reps (this works out your core, helps with balance and gets you a nice lower glute)
Super set (when you 1 exercise followed by another right away)
