Today’s Lunch

1 baked tilapia with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. 110 calories
Mixed Veggies 50-70 calories
1 southwest tofu salad from Sprouts 130 calories
1 Sprouts Green* 50-100 calories(I only drank half the bottle)
=340 calories all together.

*A recommendation would be to get sugar less green tea. I was in a hurry so grabbed Sprouts green tea.
