Welcome to my fitness blog!!

For you who do not know me, My name is Ruth. I am a student and work a part time job.  Working out is my passion and being healthy, I cannot live without these. I made this blog to show you my healthy journey and how I can help you with yours. I’ve been working out for a long time but never really saw any progress until I actually started eating right. It’s true when they say abs are made in the kitchen. You are never going to get the body you want if you’re feeding it junk. I felt very discouraged when I wasn’t getting where I wanted to be, I was stuck. It wasn’t until I actually told myself I need to change my eating habits that I started noticing a difference. Not only in my body but I had more energy, I didn’t feel as full when I ate or guilty afterwards. This is a lifestyle. This my passion now so I am never going back. I have more confidence, I feel great. By no means is this blog made by a professional but I will show you my progress and what has worked for me.
